ESPN.com reports that Oklahoma QB Sam Bradford will likely announce that he is going to have season-ending surgery.

He scheduled a press conference for 5:30 PM EST today to announce his intentions, but postponed it to “gather more information.”

Bradford suffered a serious shoulder sprain in the first game of the season against BYU.  He came back to defeat Baylor, but reinjured the shoulder in the second possession of the Red River Rivalry against Texas.
